I am a 27 year old Software Test Engineer from Milwaukee County. I came to Minneapolis for college and stayed. Back when Gencon was in Milwaukee I won the first Legend of the Burning Sands CCG world championship. In 2008 I placed 4^th at Nationals with Cryx.

I have  played Warmachine since Escalation. Cryx has always been my main choice,  even though I own almost every faction. Recently I bought into Menoth because I wanted to play a faction with durable jacks. I had a lot of fun, but in the last local tournament no one brought Cryx so I am back to my first love.

I have been a gamer since I was  little. My brother got me into 40k in first grade. Granted I had no idea what I was doing, but I liked the orks. I can remember trying to put GW models together with elmers.  It did not work well. In 3^rd grade I faked an  illness so I could stay home and put together my Ork Party Wagon. I still have it.

Currently I am living inside the Minneapolis city limits. My girlfriend and I live in my house where we record Focus and Fury. Nigel as referenced it as our house, but leaving the contents of his truck in the garage does not put his name on the deed.

Web Admin and Occasional Special Guest Steve

I’m a 28 year old Systems Administrator, who pretends to know how to be a Web Admin.  I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, and moved up to Minnesota back in ’97.  I don’t normally have a beard, but I figured I should post a picture of my bearded self so that Benesh can see what a real beard looks like.

I grew up reading comics and playing with G.I. Joes, played some Magic: The Gathering from 6th Edition through Ice Age, then moved on to the video games/computer games.  After wasting 10 years of gaming on MMO’s, I finally found the sweetness that is Warmachine.  I’m still pretty new to the game, and in no way could you say I’m a competitive tournament player, but occasionally I can pull a fast one and beat the rest of these rubes you hear on this podcast.

I play Mercs and Circle and can safely say they are the 2 greatest factions in all of Warmachine.
